Since it seems to be a forgon conclusion that the next Lucene/Solr
releases will be 5.0, I've bumped the appropriate version numbers in the
ref guide (akin to what is done post-release)...

(If, for some reason, we do actually wind up putting out a 4.11 release,
we can always undo these cosmetic # changes and audit the changes to the
