Description:
This ticket does a couple of things.
1) Fixes a bug in the /export JSON, where a comma is missed every 30,000
records.
2) Changes the JSON format to match-up with the normal JSON result set.
Both changes will go in trunk and 5x. Only the bug fix will go in the 4.10
branch.
