Couple of small issues around start/stop:
bq. -e <example> Name of the example to run; available examples:
This does not actually *run* the example as such. This would imply the command
can be redone and reruns the same example. It is more "Install an example",
"bootstrap an example" or some such.

I assume it is saying " "(space) in there but it is certainly not clear. Could
be nice at this point to list the known port numbers instead. After all, *we*
know they are in the file in the bin directory, otherwise we could not stop the
solr.
