I removed the war file from dist already, was ending up with a weird exception
when testing with the start script which might be unrelated. Let me upload this
now..
This still keeps the war but it is not in dist but in the final webapps folder
used by the start script.
I also renamed the 'example' target to 'server' here, further in the direction
of there being one target to build the server and run it. (have kept the
example as an alias for now).
