{{solr/site/html/tutorial.html}} still exists in the source repository, and is
still being included & linked in the published javadocs, and being mentioned in
various README.txt files -- even though SOLR-6058 obsoleted this file with
https://lucene.apache.org/solr/quickstart.html
We either need to clean this file up, or update it to reflect reality (ie:
{{bin/solr -e foo}} ... if we do remove it, we need to audit the various
README.txt files and ensure they refer people to the correct place to find the
"tutorial"
