Attachment: SOLR-6897.patch
Patch to remove nrtMode. This also removes TestNonNRTOpen,
TestArbitraryIndexDir and TestReplicationHandler.testNoWriter.
TestNonNRTOpen is not needed anymore. We may need another test to replace
TestArbitraryIndexDir. I am not yet sure about
TestReplicationHandler.testNoWriter.
