I fixed the missing images. In addition the pegdown macro was called with a
"catch-all" fileset, so it changed also non-markdown files. Maybe this was the
cause for the bugs in documentation-lint (markdown overwriting files by
processed stuff that was no markdown, e.g. HTML).
