Summary: Allow fromIndex parameter to JoinQParserPlugin to refer to a
single-sharded collection that has a replica on all nodes (was: Cross core
joins don't work for SolrCloud collections and/or aliases)
Renaming this ticket to be more clear about the solution it is solving.
