If you can keep the version numbers consistent with the main randomizedtesting runner (pull them from ivy-versions.properties?) then I don't see any reason why it shouldn't be so. It just predates the definition of all those other tasks, that's why it's inconsistent with them. I would be against using a hardcoded version in the build file, it's going to lead to inconsistencies eventually.
