Patch that enables doclint on java 8+ in branch_5x, but no-op on java 7.
I will run the whole build now, to assure Robert did not miss any files and
commit this.
Maybe we should forward-port the separation of the properties
javac.doclint.args and javadoc.doclint.args to trunk, too. In trunk there would
be just no condition. Comments?
