Shai Erera updated LUCENE-2263:
-------------------------------
Priority: Minor (was: Blocker)
Reduce priority - this is definitely not a blocker, and I doubt if we should
handle it at all. It's a Lucene 2.2 and JCR 1.4 integration issue. According to
the correspondence in the JCR JIRA, this might be an old JRE version issue. Do
you think we can close it?

> See http://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/JCR-2426 - Issue seen with
> Jackrabbit 1.4.4 and lucene 2.2.0
> There is a deadlock but it is not visible in the dump what thread is holding
> the lock, which indicates a VM thread is holding it.
> The class involved "FSIndexInput" uses "Descriptor" class, which has
> overridden the finalize method and eventually calls RandomAccessFile "close"
> and "finalize" methods.
