Mainly I wanted to not end up with another massive patch that was impossible to
review. So this contains just the changes to the IndexSearcher and Weight API
that allow TermScorer to report this stuff. The next issue will be to add
PositionFilteredQueries that can make use of TermScorer, and also add
position-reporting capabilities to the various Boolean scorers. And then some
more follow up issues for things like MultiTermQueries, PhraseQueries,
payloads, etc.
