I see that Noble committed fixes for these incorrect log lines but he tagged
SOLR-6924 in the commit instead of this issue.
This patch makes the following changes:
# BlobHandler.indexMap calls processor.finish for correctness
# JarRepository tries all shards (instead of just the first random shard) and
makes sure to choose an active replica instead of any replica
# TestDynamicLoading waits for all nodes of .system collection to be completely
recovered before proceeding with the test
