I don't think even windows knows how to emulate itself. I have a google drive
sync failure on one file and I went as deep as putting a probe on the process
to see why the hell it cannot access a file that's evidently there...
everything matches the filename just fine, but it still cannot sync it (showing
access denied on that file). Go figure.
