DIH TikaEntityProcessor does not work as an inner entity as it does
not reinit correctly between outer loop iterations.
Reported against 5.0, trivial fix patch provided, tests pass,
reporter's problem is solved.
Just need somebody with commit access to review that the solution
('init' method override) is acceptable and merge it into trunk, 5.0
and possibly into 4.10.x.
