Thanks for chiming in [~andyetitmoves] ... I think trunk has been broken for a
while because {{java -jar start.jar}} starts up Jetty 9, but doesn't deploy the
WAR. I'm going to commit my fix for 5.1 to unblock that release and open a new
JIRA to remove support for it in a later release.
