Patch of 4 April 2015.
This removes the asTwoPhaseIterator method in FilterSpans.java and the
@AwaitsFix lines in /TestSpanSearchEquivalence.
The patch also deletes TestFilterSpans, which only repeats checks done by the
compiler does not do already.
