Here is a patch as per our earlier discussion. The only difference is I have
added 'CLUSTERPROP' as a regular command instead of '-collection-action'
suggested since the commons options library does not accept option name
embedded with '-' (in between collection and action). I thought of other
alternatives, but couldn't come up with a concise name. I think it should be OK
to use 'cmd' instead. Let me know if you have other suggestions.
