Patch of 27 April 2015, just closed the github pull request.
This uses ArrayList instead of LinkedList, see also LUCENE-5861.
This makes PrefillTokenStream a superclass of
TeeSinkTokenFilter.SinkTokenStream, and adds a javadoc link to
CachingTokenFilter from the core analysis package.
