When I try to use a URL with an anchor link on the Solr website, it doesn't work right:
https://lucene.apache.org/solr/resources.html#mailing-lists On both Firefox and Chrome, this URL doesn't quite go to the right spot. It would be the right spot if the floating header at the top of of the page wasn't there. I'm guessing some CSS trickery is required to get it to anchor below that floating header.
