Description:
Currently, the startup script
bin/solr
accepts only '-p' for the solr port and there is no way to pass the embedded
zookeeper port as a command line param (when using '-c' without '-z').
This ticket is to allow for '-P' or something similar that would be used as the
port of the embedded ZK instead of the default solrPort+1000
