I've applied this patch locally on trunk and the cloud view is working now
whereas it didn't before, yay! One thing is broken in the new admin Cloud
view, the Dump tab. Screenshot attached. No Solr requests are logged when
going to the Dump tab. I'm running `bin/solr start -e cloud -noprompt`
