SOLR-7639: MoreLikeThis QParser now supports all options provided by the MLT
Handler i.e. mintf, mindf, minwl, maxwl, maxqt, and maxntp. This commit also
fixes an NPE issue in CloudMLTQParser (merge from trunk)
