Fix For: 5.3
LUCENE-6570 introduced a new API for instantiating BooleanQuery objects and
removed all public constructors.
This was committed to trunk (for 6.0) but no backporting was done.
once we are more confident in definitely including these APIs, the Builder
should be backported to 5x, and and the public BooleanQuery constructors &
setter methods that change state should be deprecated to help provide a more
clear upgrade path for existing users
