It appears that the MLTQParser does not support stream.body, which for me is
the killer feature of the MLTRequestHandler. The documents I want to use as a
query simply aren't in the index.
I did attempt to write my own query parser a while back, but hit a recently
added limitation that a SearchHandler cannot have access to a stream.
