Hi Upayavira,
I just did a fresh install of Solr 5.2.1 and ran {{./bin/solr start -e cloud
-noprompt}} but it the UI loads up just fine (
http://localhost:8983/solr/index.html#/ ) .
Were you able to reproduce it? If not maybe we can mark it as cant reproduce as
there might have been something wrong with my machine when I tested it
