The method
{{org.apache.lucene.search.LRUQueryCache.CachingWrapperWeight.scorer(LeafReaderContext)}}
starts with
{code}
if (context.ord == 0) {
policy.onUse(getQuery());
}
{code}
which can result in a missed call for queries that return a null scorer for the
first segment.
