Currently, We use InfoStream in duplicated ways. For example

if (infoStream.isEnabled("IW")) {
infoStream.message("IW", "init: loaded commit \"" +
commit.getSegmentsFileName() + "\"");
}
{code}
Can we change the API of InfoStream to
{code}
infoStream.messageIfEnabled("component","message");
{code}
