collection-creation (sometimes)
summary of changes:
* adds MiniSolrCloudCluster.createCollection variant (with a 'String
asyncId' parameter)
* AbstractFullDistribZkTestBase.getRequestState[AfterCompletion](...) now
'static' instead of 'protected'
* TestMiniSolrCloudCluster.testCollectionCreateSearchDelete sometimes uses
async collection-creation (and then
AbstractFullDistribZkTestBase.getRequestStateAfterCompletion waits for creation
completion)
