This build failed on Windows:

This generally happens when the following is true:
- Java 7 on branch_5x
- Some Solr test fails (and does not clean up after itsself completely)
- Another expensive test starts afterwards in the same JVM. This one gets a
hidden permgen error and then hangs.
I would like to raise permgen in the 5.x branch, if the JRE version is exactly
JDK 7 (Oracle/OpenJDK) as a temporary workaround. We should do this really
before 5.3, as the smoke tester also sometimes hangs!
