With the IBM Version of Java, SOLR with will report JVMJ9VM007E on startup:
JVMJ9VM007E Command-line option
unrecognised: -Xloggc
This is not the case when we use OpenJDK version of Java.
A workaround is to edit solr.in.sh, and comment out the offending option in
GC_LOG_OPTS
