My proposal:
- we should load the resource using local path (it is very simple, its just the
language name)
- [~dweiss] should maybe fix this in morphologik, the code is still broken.
Maybe he should remove the whole class (he has a nocommit there)
I'll supply a patch for a solution that always works not dealing with context
classloader.
