This patch changes ZkCmdExecutor#retryOperation and provides options for both
connection loss and session expiry.
With this patch ZkSolrResourceLoader#openResource retries on session expiry as
well, meaning the when a core is being loaded/reloaded then it will retry on
session expiry as well.
