2nd patch of 3 October 2015.
In addition to the previous patch, this also
- deletes the Term cloning in PhraseQuery, and
- removes deepCopyOf calls at Term construction from Solr's FieldType,
SolrIndexSearcher, FacetField and SimpleMLTQParser.
