You beat me to opening the issue :-)
I've been looping this test (patch attached) for half the day, looking for the 
best fails to analyze.  It's a straight-forward copy of the other HDFS chaos 
test.

edit: I assume you mean HdfsChaosMonkeyNothingIsSafeTest in the issue title.
