In a New UI click 'Core Admin', then 'Swap'. There is an empty default field in
"and:" option. And you can also swap the same core (like 'core1' and 'core1')
which is not good.
In Original UI there are only valid cores are shown (i.e. no empty and no
current core is not shown), and a first valid core is selected by default.
