Patch of 15 October 2015.
This makes SpanOrQuery.addClause() private, and uses a List<SpanQuery> instead
of SpanOrQuery in SpanMultiTermQueryWrapper.
Perhaps a SpanOrQuery.Builder is better, it might avoid creating an extra
ArrayList.
