About the ZooKeeper question: XInclude and all other things *should* now work
with Zookeper. I have no local Cloud installation, so I could not test it, but
with my changes all relative hrefs in XML config files should now be resolved
through ZK, too, as SkSolrResourceLoader is used for resolving.
Mark Miller, can you test this somehow? If it does not work, please reopen.
