Good catch. fl=*,score is most often what you want.
Of course the user can always add &fl=*,score to the URL to get this. This
updated patch adds this to the url of "enable debug" link at the bottom of the
page. Then user may still hack the URL to get exactly what "all" fields means
to him :)
This is a simpler fix and performance is not an issue since it's only for debug.
