This build failed because the Solr Clustering contrib timed out transferring
two v3.0.1 Lucene artifacts dependencies from the Maven central repository,
e.g.:

Error transferring file: Operation timed out
This is (hopefully) a transient problem.
However, unlike the Maven build, the Lucene/Solr Ant build does not include any
older lucene artifacts in the Clustering contrib's classpath. To fix this, I
have excluded all Lucene artifacts from Maven's transitive dependency
resolution for the Clustering contrib's carrot2-core dependency, both on trunk
and on branch_3x. All tests pass under the Maven build.
