Seems like this isn't the root of the problem. As reported on the mailing list,
enabling BasicAuth/RuleBasedAuthorization leads to NumberFormatException from
the PKIAuthenticationPlugin on node restarts.
I'm digging deeper into this to figure if they are really related or that is
another issue by itself and so not opening another issue until I figure they
are different issues.
[~noble.paul] : Do you have time to look at this too as you did most of this
stuff ? :)
