Just an update: yonik basically fixed this stuff up... I'm happy with
package-src.
But for package-bin, it looks like the binary distribution should include the
lucene libraries that solr depends on?
At the very least for the analysis-extras contrib, I would like to include the
stuff it depends on (e.g. lucene-icu, smartcn) so that someone could actually
use it.
