To simplify the task of enabling SSL in Solr, suggest to
* Document in refGuide how to achieve a trusted SSL cert through
[letsencrypt.com|http://letsencrypt.com] instead of generating self-signed
(self signed can still be documented as an alternative)
* Create a {{bin/solr ssl}} tool to assist in converting from {{pem}} to
{{jks}}, installing the files, updating {{solr.in.sh}}(?), enabling
{{urlScheme}} etc
This JIRA should probably have a few sub tasks
