* Add {{core/DirectoryFactory.LOCK_TYPE_HDFS}}, other
{{core/DirectoryFactory.LOCK_TYPE_*}} values already exist.
* Extend {{DirectoryFactoryTest.testLockTypesUnchanged}} to account for
LOCK_TYPE_HDFS.
* Change {{SolrIndexConfigTest.testToMap}} to also consider
"hdfs"/LOCK_TYPE_HDFS.
