Yes, exactly. I work on Windows so it also affects me, but I don't think it's
critical.

I think it's doable, but far from convenient. It's a similar situation as to
what happens with "checking whether any tests executed" -- you want a property
or a marked passed down to sub-builds... it's a pain to maintain. Perhaps we
should look at the core of the problem and somehow fix it in Ant itself...
