I wouldn't mind moving it. It is hard to know how people are using it. It is a
generic solr request which can be used to upload XML (in Solr format) directly
to /update or it can also be used to upload arbitrary XML to DIH. Any reason
why this class shouldn't be SolrRequestType.Update?
