You have to provide a lot more detail. And please use a smaller type ;). The most recent versions of Solr use "managed schema" rather than schema.xml, you might be seeing that.
You haven't told us whether you're using SolrCloud, in which case there will be _no_ local schema.xml files. Etc. And please don't cross-post to multiple lists. This is a Solr question and just noise on the Lucene list.
