Thanks to everyone for early feedback. I have a pretty busy day today after a short night, but I'll try to kick in and apply the patches/ missing bits you requested. You can also try to play around -- clone the project on github and use your own clone of the repository to file a pull request if you don't feed comfortable with git yet.
