The attached patch modifies the previous by removing use of UninvertingReader
in the tests, and thus altogether from spatial-extras. In DistanceStrategyTest
I commented out use of "pointvector_legacy" with a comment explaining it
requires docValues that aren't present, and mentioning Solr has such tests.
