{{LatLonPoint}} and {{GeoPointField}} tests pre quantizes test data to ensure
consistency with indexed (encoded) data. The pre quantized data then becomes
indexed, undergoing another quantization. To guarantee numerical stability this
should be changed such that the test data is quantized after indexing.
